Pam Baggett-Wallis is a long-time member of AWC and current owner of Persuasion Communication. She recounts her years as a communication pro in Austin, Texas after graduating from journalism school from the University of Texas at Austin. Her most cherished memory is the long weekend in Chicago where she marched behind the Women in Communications banner in the last of the Equal Rights gatherings.

Conveying a message through visual images, supported by audio, is one of the strongest forms of communication. Sheryl Liddle has spent the majority of her career as an audio visual producer and currently coordinates communications for Ruskin, a global manufacturing firm. She is a member of AWC Kansas City chapter and the current AWC National Board Chair.

Anne Hecker is a longtime member of the Seattle Professional Chapter and is part of the lineage of the Association for Women in Communications. As president of the National AWC organization in the late 1970’s, Anne gives a snapshot of what it was like to be a leader of a women’s organization during the height of the Women’s Movement.
